In an interview with U.K High Commissioner by Citizen TV, he reiterated that, the UK and EU have a policy no contact with ICC suspects and will continue to have that view even if ICC suspects Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto win the presidency.
“it is because of the seriousness of the crimes………we believe that it is an important step in Kenya’s move towards an end to impunity, to be clear that there is a rule of law in Kenya, and that there is accountability for the crimes of 2008, and that there is justice for the victims and that there is a fair hearing for the victims….”
